Amnesty calls to grant 'unrestricted access to medical care' for ex-VP Ahmed Adeeb

Amnesty International on Tuesday called on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to ensure that former Vice President Ahmed Adeeb is "granted prompt, regular and unrestricted access to medical care".

Amnesty International on Tuesday called on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to ensure that former Vice President Ahmed Adeeb is "granted prompt, regular and unrestricted access to medical care".

In a letter addressed to the president, the international human rights watchdog highlighted the lack of necessary treatment options available for Adeeb in Maldives.
