HDC MD Fazul Rasheed and HDC Board suspended

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Managing Director Fazul Rasheed and the company’s board of directors have been suspended following revelations of land allocations to individuals outside the government’s Binveriyaa housing scheme.

The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) announced the suspension of all board members except Chairman Ahmed Nasif to facilitate the ongoing police investigation.
