Woman jailed for three days for walking out of a Family Court hearing

A woman has been sentenced to three days in jail for walking out of an ongoing Family Court hearing without seeking permission.

In the ruling, he Court said that attendees cannot leave while a hearing is ongoing without seeking permission from the presiding Judge. It said that she had walked out without seeking permission despite having been informed that action would be taken in such an instance.
