Police have commenced a drugs operation in Lhaviyani atoll Naifaru and Hinnavaru, which have been seeing a rise in related offences.
Police said that a special drugs operation is being led in these islands by the Drug Enforcement Department, Intelligence and North Police. They declined from providing further information at this time.
