HDC seeks party to develop and manage boutique hotel in Hulhumalé Phase 2

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) today announced seeking parties to develop and manage three boutique hotels in the integrated tourism zone's urban isle of Hulhumalé Phase 2.

In the announcement, HDC revealed that the opportunity to submit expressions of interest (EOI) is now available for parties who are interested in the project, and that they would prioritise parties who want to work on a land lease model.
