Police said today that they had received reports of the breakage of the window of the KFC outlet on Ameenee Magu, in front of Furugan Mosque, at about 03:00 hrs early this morning.
Police are further investigating this incident. No further details have been provided yet.
Last year, vandals had entered and damaged the premises of KFC, Pizza Hut and the Coca Cola godown.
They were vandalized after putting up posters calling for the boycott of these business in relation to the ongoing genocide in Palestine.
Over the past month, a number of protests against Israel have also been held outside KFC and Pizza Hut in Male'.
