The Ministry of Education is seeking interested parties to manage Little Gems Pre-School for a 15-year period.
The Ministry announced on Tuesday that it is seeking a contractor to operate and maintain the pre-school, located on Hulhumalé Lot No. 11489, under a management contract for 15 years.
The Little Gems Pre-School, the first pre-school establishment in Hulhumalé was opened during former President Abdulla Yameen’s administration. The building was rented out to a local company belonging to former Housing Development Corporation’s (HDC) Chairman Fuad Gasim, but the contracted period was not disclosed earlier.
The government is seeking for new managements as its previous contract was close to expiry, said the ministry.
Interested parties are invited to register for the bid until March 11. A non-refundable registration fee of MVR 500 is payable after completing the Bid Registration Form. Bids can be submitted by those who have registered and paid within the allocated period.
Bid submission and opening is scheduled for March 30 at the ministry.
