National Service Program will decrease youth on streets, build responsible youth: Minister Shafeeu

Minister of Education Dr Ismail Shafeeu has said that the National Service Program under which youth who score low marks are drafted for compulsory service in Police and MNDF will lead to building responsible youth who can contribute to the development of the nation.

On this year's Victory Day ceremony, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu announced the National Service Program, where youth who turn 16 years of age will be drafted in to work at MNDF or Police.
