Two individuals were arrested while they travelling via sea after stealing money using another person's cash card.
Police said that the cash card belonged to an elderly woman from Gaafu Alif atoll Vilin'gili. Her cash card had been stolen, and was used to withdraw money from an ATM in another island, Maamendhoo, in the same atoll.
