The suspension of the two Civil Service Commission (CSC) staff members accused of spying on other employees at the commission has been further extended.
The issue came to light last month when a complaint was submitted to Parliament accusing CSC President Mohamed Nasih of spying on employees. In the ensuing review of the matter by the Parliament's committee, Nasih claimed that he had only learned of the spying only after being sent a letter from Parliament relating to the issue.
