The Civil Service Commission has informed staff of the Ministry of Housing, Land and Urban Development that there may need to be some dismissals following the dissolving of said ministry.
On December 26, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu dissolved the housing ministry, instead forming the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure. With this, the staff who had been working at the Housing Ministry had been transferred under the Construction Ministry.
