Khaleel purchased a flat from FW Residences worth MVR 3.1 million.
Housing Development Corporation asked of the Civil Court to transfer the apartment to Khaleel's name in December 2023.
On August 7, the Court ruled that as Khaleel has completed all payments, the 1,235 square feet apartment is now his property.
Khaleel previously served as the Member of Parliament for Nilandhoo constituency. Prior to being appointed a cabinet minister in this government, he also ran a private business.
