The third person, a 37 year old Laotian woman, is also set to be deported soon, Immigration said.
Authorities have previously carried out special operations to identify and deport expatriates involved in prostitution.
Since the current administration took office, more than 5,000 foreigners have been deported in joint efforts by Maldives Immigration and the police to address illegal immigration.
