Maldives honours nurse, policewoman and diver with Rehendhi Award

This year’s recipients of the annual Rehendhi Award, conferred by the state to recognize exceptional achievements and services of women at a national level, include a long serving nurse, a policewoman and a diver.

This year’s recipients of the annual Rehendhi Award, conferred by the state to recognize exceptional achievements and services of women at a national level, include a long serving nurse, a policewoman and a diver.

The recipients are Aminath Waheedha, a nurse with 49 years of service, Fathmath Nashwa, a police inspector, and Zoona Naseem, a diver with numerous achievements.
