High Court intervenes HDC's reclamation of Hulhumale' water theme park

Maldives High Court intervenes Housing Development Corporation's (HDC) reclamation of Hulhumale' water theme park.

HDC earlier terminated the contracted made with Water Front and Leisure in 2017, to develop a water theme park and a six story leisure hotel. HDC terminated the agreement in August, and demanded the contractor to handover the property.
