Reigning champion Mathiveri and Thoddoo have made it to the Alif Alif atoll finals in the Golden Futsal Challenge.

In last night's semi-finals, Mathiveri won against Rasdhoo with three goals to nil. Bodufulhuadhoo, who played in last year's finals, lost to Thoddoo at a penalty shootout. Thoddoo Keeper Abdula Riyas' saves saw the team win with 1-3.

The final match, between Mathiveri and Thoddoo, will be played on Friday at 7pm.

Dhangethi-Mandhoo and Mahibadhoo-Kumburudhoo to Alif Dhaalu semi-finals

Group stage matches in Alif Dhaalu atoll came to an end last night, with four teams rising to the semi-finals.

Dhangethi, who won two matches, ranks first in Group A. Second is Kumburudhoo, who defeated Hanyameedhoo with a score of 1-3.

The most recent champion of the atoll, Mahidhoo, beat Omadhoo with 4-1 goals and ranked first in Group B. Mandhoo ranks second with three points, while Omadhoo leaves the tournament having failed to secure a win.

The semi-final matches, where Dhangethi plays against Mandhoo, and Mahibadhoo faces off against Kumburudhoo, will be played at 10pm Friday night. The winners will then play the final match next Monday at 10pm.

Ammadey's hattrick secures win for Keyodhoo

Last year's Vaavu atoll champion Keyodhoo beat Fulidhoo 1-3 in their first match, with Ahmed Rasheed (Ammadey) having scored all three of their goals.

This leaves Fulidhoo with losses in both their matches, exiting the tournament. They lost their first match last Thursday against Felidhoo with one-nil.

This atoll, with three teams, will have the last of its group stage matches on Thursday night. This match will see Keyodhoo play against Felidhoo. The same two teams will play in the atoll finals next Sunday night at 8pm as well.

Lhaviyani Atoll sees ties in last night's matches

Lhaviyani atoll, with four teams, started its group stage matches last night. Both the matches ended with ties.

Last year's champion Kurendhoo tied with Olhuvelifushi with a 1-1 score. Hinnavaru and Naifaru, meanwhile, tied with a 4-4 score. Naifaru's Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed displayed a hattrick in this match.

This atoll's final match will be on Thursday next week.

Maafushi beats Dhiffushi with a one goal difference

In Kaafu atoll matches played yesterday, Group A's Maafushi beat Dhiffushi with a score of 2-3.

Maafushi already has a point scored in their previous match against Gaafaru. Dhiffushi won with a huge score difference against Himmafushi. Yesterday, Himmafushi once again lost, this time to Gaafaru. In this match, two players of Gaafaru - Shanaan Rashaad and Saneem Shamail - scored hattricks.

Leading the group now are Gaafaru and Maafushi with four points. Dhiffushi has three points.

Gaafaru will play against Dhiffushi in the group stage's last matches, while Maafushi will face Himmafushi.

Group B has Kaashidhoo in the lead now, with Guraidhoo at second place. Both have four points each. Tuesday's match between these two teams ended with a draw. Gulhi, meanwhile, has three points, while Thulusdhoo turned out unable to win either of the matches they have played.

Thulusdhoo lost with a score of 1-5 to Kaashidhoo yesterday, while Guraidhoo beat Gulhi with 3-2 goals.

This afternoon, Shaviyani atoll's semi-final matches will be played. Ground 1 will have the Milandhoo-Narudhoo match, while Ground 2 will have the Bilehfahi-Kanditheemu match.

A Noonu atoll match will also be played.

Tonight, Dhaalu atoll, Gaafu Dhaalu atoll, Seenu atoll and Faafu atoll will play matches.
