The Maldives Surfing Association (MSA) has announced that four events are scheduled for the Maldives Surf League this year. The first event is set to take place in Gadhdhoo next month.

In 2022, the MSA introduced a national surfing league with five events. However, this year's league will feature four events.

The 'Kalhegalekoda' event in Gadhdhoo is scheduled for February 14 to 17, followed by the 'Gaamaadhookolhu' tournament in Kaafu atoll Himmafushi from June 12 to 15. Subsequently, the 'Muleekolhu Raalhugandu' will be held in Meemu atoll Muli from July 31 to August 3, concluding with the National Rannamaari Challenge from October 27 to November 2 held in the Malé Raalhugandu area.

Ahmed Agil (Ammadey) secured the first Surf League trophy, while Hussain Areef (Iboo) won the League title the following year.
