Shareholders participating online in the meeting will be able to access it through ‘Fahivote’. Due to space constraints at the physical venue, the number of shareholders registered to attend the meeting in person was limited to 150 individuals.
Dhiraagu also stated that shareholders who expressed interest in attending the meeting in person will be notified before 13:00 hrs on the day of the meeting regarding whether they can attend physically or online.
Shareholders who register before the 24th of this month at 16:00 hrs can participate in the meeting. The registration process is currently open.
