Dhiraagu's annual general meeting is scheduled to be held at 8:15 pm on March 24.
The company stated that it would be possible to participate in the AGM in two ways. Which is either online through the "Fahivote" portal or the physical meeting held at CROSSROADS.
The event will be attended by those registered as shareholders of the company by May 17. Registration to participate in the AGM is now open for shareholders or their proxies.
Dhiraagu said that only a small number of people will be able to physically attend the function to maintain the safety against COVID-19. Therefore, the company requests to submit the vaccine card when registering. How shareholder's are to participate in the AGM will be notified before May 22.
