Bank of Maldives (BML), on Thursday, introduced the country's first Business Debit Card in partnership with MasterCard.
Speaking at the ceremony held at Crossroads Maldives to launch the MasterCard Business Debit Card, BML's CEO and Managing Director Tim Sawyer stated that it was "part of our commitment to support the banking needs of SMEs and businesses through the country".
"As with our other cards, the new Business Debit is also enhanced with the latest security and safety features”.
According to the CEO, the card will enable customers convenient access on their business accounts across the local and worldwide MasterCard network.
BML's nationwide network comprises of 37 branches across 20 atolls, 49 Self Service Banking Centres, 113 ATMs, 5,700 Point of Sale merchants and 277 agents and a suite of Digital Banking services.
