The body which was discovered in a Male' home this afternoon has been identified by Police as being that of Ahmed Aiman, aged 30 years, who was reported missing earlier.

Police had been searching for Aiman, of Ma. Boalhakinkirimaage, since Thursday, after his family reported him missing.
Today, police responded to reports received at 14:30 hrs and searched M. Rabeeu Villa, where they discovered the body in the ground floor of the residence.
Rabeeu Villa, where the body was discovered today, had caught fire on April 10. The building has since been closed off due to safety concerns.
Police stated tonight that it has been confirmed that the body is that of missing Aiman.
The case is being further investigated, and no further details have been released as of yet.
