Maldives Customs Service has seized 3.3kg of illegal drugs which were brought into the country via sea.
Customs said that the drugs had been seized at the Male' Commercial Harbour on Sunday.
The seized drugs include 2,282 grams of cannabis, and 1,038 grams of cathinone.
Earlier on October 31 as well, Customs had seized 5.9kg of drugs which were being brought in via sea. This, too, contained cannabis and cathinone.
