Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced interested parties to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of 15 parking buildings in Hulhumale'.
The company said the project is aimed at solving the parking issues in Hulhumale' and provide safe parking facilities for vehicles.
The parking buildings will also have commercial units for businesses, HDC added.
Priority will be given to applications in the engineering, procurement, construction, and finance models. However, EOIs for other models will also be accepted.
If multiple parties express interest, the best proposal will be selected, with consideration given to the model, operator experience, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Interested parties are asked to submit their applications by September 16.
