Dhiraagu renovates 2 computer classes in Villimale' orphanage

Local telecommunications giant Dhiraagu, on Friday, renovated two computer labs at the state orphanage 'Kudakudhinge Hiyaa'in Villimale', Kaafu Atoll.

Under the initiative held to celebrate the internationally observed World Children's Day on November 20, Dhiraagu provided 23 computer desk and installed five computer systems, in addition to free internet and Dhiraagu TV connections for the children.

According to the orphanage's CEO Moomina Adam, the services provided by Dhiraaagu will aid students within their education and entertainment. She also conveyed appreciation for Dhiraagu's continued assistance to the orphanage for the past 12 years.

Kudakudhinge Hiyaa is located in the suburb of Vilimale' and houses children over the age of 13. Younger children under state care is housed in the orphanage 'Fiyavathi' in Hulhumale'.
