Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened the sale of 13 plots of land from the beachside section of Hulhumale' Phase 2 exclusively for Maldivian nationals.
HDC announced that these residential land plots are open for sale through the company's bid portal via a tender process.
The size of the land plots range between 1,864 square feet and 2,408 square feet.
The bidding procedure will be carried out in two stages;
1. Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the land plot of choice through HDC's portal
2. To bid for the plot if more than one party has submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Maldivian nationals aged 18 and above and 100 percent locally owned companies are eligible to purchase these land plots.
Interested parties can submit their bid applications to purchase the land plot through HDC's portal at https://bids.hdc.com.mv. HDC added that bids can be submitted through the portal after the registration process has been completed.
