The national airline of Maldives announced that this would increase access to their services to travelers around the world.
"This partnership with Trip.com, a global leader in the travel industry, not only strengthens our presence in the online travel space but also opens new opportunities for passengers to explore Maldives with ease and convenience," the airline said.
The service was launched on last Friday.
Maldivian currently flies to India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and 16 domestic destinations.
Trip.com is an international travel agency operated in 24 languages in 39 countries. The website offers bookings for 1.1 million hotels and 510 airlines.
