Malé City Council has begun issuing permission for local vendors to participate in the night market that will take place in Hulhumalé Phase 1 and 2.
According to a notice issued by the council, vendors are required to submit a specific application form to participate and have their stalls at the night market and the fair.
The council has decided that the night market will be held at the beginning and end of the year, on Independence Day, towards the beginning of Ramadan, and on Eid al-Adha.
Vendors applying for permission must provide business registration details along with the duration and venue of the market. Interested businesses must submit their applications before February 23.
