Prosecution has filed multiple charges against three individuals arrested in connection with a sports car accident in Hulhumale' Phase 2.
According to police, the accident occurred on July 31 near Vinares Flats when a speeding sports car lost control and collided with a man on a parked motorcycle at the side of the road.
The driver of the sports car, Ibrahim Ikram, along with two passengers, Ikramurrahman and Jinah Ismail, were arrested in the case.
The prosecution has filed six charges against Ikram, including causing injury, creating a significant risk of bodily harm through reckless conduct, two counts of property damage, failing to report the accident, and failing to render aid to a person in need without reasonable cause.
Ikramurrahman faces charges of complicity to injury, failing to report the accident, failing to provide aid to a person in need without reasonable cause, complicity in causing great bodily harm through reckless conduct, and two counts of complicity to property damage.
Jinah is facing four charges, including complicity in causing injury, complicity in causing great bodily harm through reckless conduct, and two counts of complicity in property damage.
