Telecommunications giant Ooredoo Maldives, on Tuesday, announced the proposal of MVR 3.22 per share as the annual dividend for 2018.
Ooredoo's Board of Directors proposed the figure, which amounts to 88 percent of the Group Net Profit, during a meeting held the same day.
The dividend recommended by the Board will be proposed to Ooredoo's shareholders for approval during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Ooredoo stated that the notice and agenda of the AGM along with relevant documents will be published on the company's website by February 15.
