Ooredoo Maldives has further expanded its customer service reach by opening an Express Shop in partnership with "Avas".

Ooredoo stated that with this service, customers living in Malé will be able to access Ooredoo's general services faster and more conveniently than before.

The Express Shop was officially opened by Ooredoo Maldives' Managing Director and CEO Shaadi Qawasmi and Avas Enterprises Private Limited's Managing Director Mohamed Yaniu Rameez.

Ooredoo said that this is a further advancement achieved in the joint efforts by both companies to provide convenient service to customers through digital and physical platforms.

Under this partnership, the company stated that customers can easily access Ooredoo services through the new Express Shop as well as via the "Avas App". Ooredoo noted that customers who wish to pay Ooredoo bills, perform Raastas recharges, or purchase new SIM cards now have the opportunity to access these services from anywhere.

Regarding this partnership, Ooredoo Maldives' Chief Commercial Officer Hussain Niyaz said that the company's goal is always to facilitate ways for customers to access services with ease.

"Through this partnership formed with Avas, the convenience of digital services available via the Avas App and the practical assistance provided at the new Express Shop are combined, bringing even greater ease to customers. In our efforts to build a Digital Maldives, such partnerships significantly aid in delivering essential services needed by the public directly to them," he said.

Ooredoo stated that the Ooredoo Express Shop opened through Avas is part of Ooredoo Maldives' broader strategy to expand service channels and ensure customers remain conveniently connected.
