State Trading Organization (STO) has made a net profit of MVR 46 million in the final quarter of the fiscal year, the same amount the company made in the previous quarter of 2017.
The company records show that the number was at MVR 45.3 million in the third quarter.
In its quarterly report, STO stated that the company recorded a revenue of MVR 2 billion in the last quarter, while MVR 1.7 billion was spent in trade expenditure with the gross profit reaching MVR 76.6 million.
STO’s dividend in the last quarter was MVR 40.86 per share.
The state holds 81.63 percent shares of STO, while 18.37 percent shares were sold to the public.
