New BML branch to be opened in Maamigili

Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced that a new BML branch is to be established in ADh. Maamigili. The groundbreaking ceremony for this new branch was held today.

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, who is currently on a tour of Alif Dhaalu atoll, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, cabinet ministers and other senior officials of the bank attended the event. 

"With the groundbreaking of our new branch in Maamigili and the establishment of ATM services across all inhabited islands in the atoll, we are enhancing access to convenient banking for individuals, businesses, and travelers in one of the country’s most vibrant and tourism-rich regions," BML CEO Shareef stated.

BML currently has an additional brank in ADh atoll, on the island of Mahibadhoo. 

BML has 42 branches across 20 atolls, 190 self-service banking centres, 248 ATMs, agent banking services and advanced digital banking services.
