Two Ooredoo employees have graduated from Ooredoo's Leadership Development Programme, organised in collaboration with the prestigious Ivy League Harvard University.
The programme, which commenced in 2021, is offered to two Ooredoo employees every year, aimed at empowering, developing and providing world-class training and experience to its employees.

According to reports, this is the first time a prestigious university like Harvard has provided training for employees of a company in Maldives. So far, six Ooredoo employees have graduated from this programme.

Ooredoo said that this one year programme brings new innovative ideas to the company as employees participate each year. Ooredoo also describes the event as a testament to its ongoing efforts to build talent and invest in employee growth.
As one of the largest providers of telecommunications and digital services in Maldives, Ooredoo will always strive to educate the next generation of leaders, the company said.
