The Maldives Islamic Bank has launched an Instant Visa debit card that allows immediate activation by linking it to customer accounts.
According to the bank, the card has been introduced to offer easy linking to the account through an online account opening service. Customers can effortlessly link and activate the card by scanning the provided QR code.
The Instant Visa Debit Card is now available at MIB branches and sales centers.
The card will enhance online access to account opening services. MIB launched the online account opening service in September of last year.
In addition to account opening services, MIB has also digitized the services of its financing facility. The bank aims to digitize its services, making them easily accessible from anywhere in the country.
