Registration has opened for the 'Cricket Carnival,' organized by The Mission for Migrant Workers (MMWM) in collaboration with Ooredoo.
Ooredoo is set to hold its third "Cricket Carnival" in partnership with MMWM on the December 1. The registration process for the competition is now open, and interested participants can register for the carnival via social media, Ooredoo website, or through email to MMWM.
In addition to the cricket matches, Ooredoo said that expatriates will be offered medical screenings and legal assistance during this year's carnival as well. The event promises to be more thrilling than previous years, featuring new stalls and entertainment activities. Forty teams will have the opportunity to compete in this year's carnival.
According to MMWM, the carnival will be organized to include migrant workers in the organization's anniversary celebrations, with the aim to enhance community participation through such initiatives.
Urbanco and the Maldives Cricket Board will also be taking part in this year's carnival as partners.
