Senior officials of HDC also suspended over land issue

With investigations commencing into irregularities in allocating land under the Binveriya scheme, a number of senior officials from Housing Development Corporation (HDC)'s management have also been placed on suspension.

Privatization and Corporatization Board has also suspended all members of the board besides the recently appointed Chairperson Ahmed Nasif. Managing Director Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed has also been suspended.
