Police have said that the man injured in the Dhoodigan district of Fuvahmulah last night is in serious condition and has been transferred to Male' to receive further treatment.
A man seriously injured in an accident that occurred last night in Fuvahmulah has been brought to Male' and is undergoing further treatment.
The accident that took place in the Dhoodigan ward of Fuvahmulah was caused by the driver losing control of his motorcycle and ramming into a sign post at the pedestrian crossing.
Police have disclosed that the man injured in the accident in 32 years old. He had initially received treatment at the Fuvahmulah Hospital.
While he was transferred to Male' at dawn last night, Police, speaking on behalf of the hospital, revealed that the man's condition is serious.
