Aviation Security Command is seeking new officers for multiple positions

Aviation Security Command is hiring employees for a large variety of positions with a remuneration offer exceeding MVR 12,000. The window extended for application is set to expire on the 18th of this month.

Ministry of Defence has opened an application window for a wide number of positions at the Aviation Security Command.

The announcement of these job vacancies released by the Ministry stated that 55 officers are required for the airports supervising security through the Command. Registration window for these job positions has been extended until the 18th of this month.

A remuneration of MVR 7420 is offered for these positions with MVR 5,950 provided as basic salary and MVR 1,500 as service allowance. Additionally, a daily amount of MVR 60 is included as meal allowances while 35 percent of the salary in issued as special duty allowance and MVR 150 is provided as monthly phone allowance.

Applicants must have a Grade C in two Secondary Grade subjects and attainment of a Grade no lower than C in Dhivehi Language in Secondary School Certificate examinations. The position of Airport Security Officer is further qualified for with the attainment of a Level 3 Maldives National Qualification Framework (MNQF) certificate as well.

This job conditions an age specification between 18-35 years in addition to a height requirement of a minimum of 5 feet as well.

Employees accepted into the Airport Security Command will receive a promotion to CS rank 1-3 once they pass the basic training of their respective position.
