An announcement by the bank states that the deadline for application is October 7.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the banking field and over five years experience in senior management. They must also possess higher education qualifications in the financial field.
The remuneration offered for the position will be decided based on the qualifications and experience of the chosen candidate. In addition to salary, they will be offered housing, a car, and medical insurance. If they work from abroad, they will be provided a special grant and annual airfare will be included.
The appointment will be for a period of three years.
The previous CEO Karl Stumke took office in October 2022. At present, Deputy CEO Aishath Nooraddeen is temporarily in charge of the bank's management.
