A massive fire broke out in a residence near the ADK area in Male' City.
The incident occurred in a three-story residence situated on a narrow street adjacent to Fathaha Sky in Majeedhee Magu.
No one was present inside the house when the fire broke out, and there were no other injuries reported in the incident.

An official from the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) said that the fire was reported at 18:07 hrs. Fire and Rescue Services were dispatched to the area, and the fire is now under control.
However, Smog from the blaze has heavily spread in the area.
