Q: What notable works have been carried out so far (including the work carried out during the economic wind down)?

The second; 03-bedroom suites bear similar architecture to that of its 02-bedroom variants with attached toilets in its spacious bedrooms, bathtub in the master bedroom, toilet, powder-room for visitors, separate living/dining spaces, kitchen area and staff-room with common area toilet.

Q: What are the superior categories or types of rooms available?

A: The Duplex Apartments include 04-bedrooms with 03 bathrooms, line area, storeroom, walk-in closets, closed kitchen pantry and open pantry. The Grand Penthouse Apartments include 05-bedrooms with 05 bathrooms along with various unique features like closed kitchen and open kitchen, well designed master bedroom and separate maid area.

Q: What options are available for interested buyers to purchase Aqua Vita luxury apartments?

A: Lowest category apartments under Aqua Vita Residencies cost close to MVR3.9 million; many purchasers may opt for loan-financing facilities from BML such as the Home Loan facility.

BML Home Loan is applicable to purchase row-house complexes and apartments of any value from anywhere in Maldives with no bank security with a 10% interest rate, customers must hold 20% equity of the purchase value applicable through pension fund financing.

The facility is subject to a 24-grace period and 20-year repayment period with age eligibility between 18 to 60 years with sufficient income earning.

A: The building lobby is accessed via separate entrances with 03-separate lifts including a fire-lift situated at the lobby center – all come with cross-ventilation to boost comfort. The lobby’s hall comes with separate lavatory for visitors.

Main services are fixed away from building’s main entrance for convenience and privacy.

The apartment floors are all cross-ventilated and the flats themselves do not fall in contact-area of neighboring apartments, while maintenance stations are situated at the lobby to ensure no external labor contact.
