SC verdict on Nasheed no-confidence motion case due today

The Supreme Court has arranged to announce the verdict today in the constitutional case submitted against the Parliament by Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP).

The case was submitted after the Parliament Secretariat's repeated cancellations of the sittings to confer on the no-confidence motion submitted by MDP against Parliament Speaker Mohamed Nasheed.
