Court decides to accept Sahil's statement during investigation

Criminal Court has decided to accept the statement Sahil Ali gave to Police during the investigative stage despite him having appealed to disregard it.

Sahil, of Finifenmaage, F. Nilandhoo, is accused of murder and abuse of a dead body in the 2023 death of Shiau Mohamed Saeed in a home in capital Male' City. The trial in the case is being held closed to the public.
