Immigration operation at local market area, 23 detained

Maldives Immigration carried out an operation at the local market area yesterday, in which 23 expatriates found to be in violation of Immigration regulations were detained.

Immigration said that the operation was carried out from early yesterday morning until the afternoon, with boats docked and traveling from the area were also checked.
