In addition to financial assistance, the foundation will offer mentorship and facilitate career placement opportunities upon graduation.
The Nautilus Foundation has awarded scholarships to three Maldivian students, covering full tuition and living expenses.
The recipients are:
- Dr Fathimath Masroora Ali Didi, who received a scholarship for postgraduate studies in internal medicine
- Mohamed Humaid Ahmed, awarded a scholarship to pursue professional training in aircraft maintenance
- Shahudha Mohamed, granted a scholarship to pursue a degree in mass communication

Launched in memory of visionary Maldivian leader Dr Ibrahim Umar Maniku, the Nautilus Foundation is an independent public charity dedicated to advancing individuals through education, development, and opportunity.
Established in collaboration with organizations founded by Dr Maniku, the foundation provides support through scholarships, grants, and mentorship programmes.
With a focus on key sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, engineering, journalism, and aviation, the foundation aims to broaden economic opportunities, strengthen community engagement, and drive sustainable social impact and national development.
