The Champa brothers have increased the quantity of goods designated for distribution to locals this Ramadan.
Initially, the Champa brothers allocated 50 tonnes of watermelons, 50,000 coconuts, and 10 tonnes of onions as Ramadan gifts, which were entrusted to the Ministry of Cities, Local Government and Public Works for distribution through local councils.
Today, the Champa brothers announced their decision to donate an additional 25 tonnes of watermelons, 25,000 coconuts, and 10 tonnes of potatoes to the local government ministry this week. The extra watermelons and coconuts have already arrived in the country, while the 10 tonnes of potatoes are expected within the next two days.
In total, the Champa brothers have contributed 75 tonnes of watermelons, 75,000 coconuts, 10 tonnes of onions, and 10 tonnes of potatoes to Maldivians this Ramadan.
The Champa brothers consistently offer donations every Ramadan.
