1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries (you can substitute this with any fruit combo of your choice)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup blueberries
- Add in rolled oats, chia seeds, honey and blueberries into a mason jar or airtight container
- Add in the milk and mix well
- Cover and chill overnight
Tip: Warm up some peanut butter and drizzle it on top when serving, or add chopped nuts or even chocolate chips for extra flavor.
