Tourism up with increased frequency of flights: MACL

Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL)’s Managing Director, Adil Moosa, revealed that tourists have increased during this season compared to last year and that tourism in the country has expanded.

Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL)’s Managing Director, Adil Moosa, revealed that tourists have increased during this season compared to last year and that tourism in the country has expanded.

Speaking at the ceremony held after the inaugural flight of the new Indian airline ‘GoAir’ in its newly introduced Mumbai-Male route, Adil stated that flights to the Maldives have increased compared to the winter season of 2017 and that flights from European countries have increased as well.
