A's and A stars have been earned by the first group of Hira School pupils who took the O'level exams this year.

When Hira School was established 12 years ago, 52 children were enrolled for their pre-school education. The same pupils who have been with Hira since its inception were the ones that graduated with flying colors. Six female pupils and one male student were the deserving beneficiaries.

The curriculum plan of Hira School has been expanding each year, according to Mariyam Sithaara, the school's principal. The seven top performers attended Hira School from the start, as a result.

There were a total of 15 students that registered for the O'levels’, according to Sithaara. "But for some of them, circumstances forced a shift in their schooling. In the end, they were the seven kids who participated."

Sithaara pointed out that although Hira School proudly celebrates their golden passes, the true measure of success is whether or not the children are capable of meeting the obstacles of everyday life. She stated that Hira School aims to cultivate responsible people who have the drive to succeed in life, in addition to academic excellence.

Hira School has grown from its modest beginnings with just 12 pupils for pre-school education to currently being able to accommodate 380 children up to their O'levels. The 13 students in batch 2 are currently getting ready to take their O levels.
