Minister Zameer calls for collaboration with India on mutual concerns

The newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs Moosa Zameer has requested from Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar for collaborative efforts between the Maldives and India on issues of mutual interest and concern.

The new minister said via a post on X that he looks forward to collaborate with the Indian External Affairs Minister on "issues of mutual interest and concern." He added that efforts would be made to "recalibrate and advance the time-tested relationship" between the two countries.
